Kazuya Sakamoto

Kazuya Sakamoto is currently Professor of the Graduate School of Law and
Politics at Osaka University specializing in International Politics and Diplomatic
History. He co-authored "Sengo Nihon Gaiko-shi" (Japan's Postwar Diplomatic
History), winner of the Yoshida Shigeru Prize in 1999, and authored "Nichibei
Domei no Kizuna" (The Bonds of the Japan-U.S. Alliance), winner of the Suntory
Academic Prize in 2000.
